PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry has organized a full day workshop to provide real time knowledge platform to educate and train the industry on the GST Laws. Shri N.K.Srivastava, Additional Directorate General of Foreign Trade gave a presentation and takes up the issues of the representative of Exporter & Importers.
Mr. Sanjay Beswal, Director – Andess Consulting and also the Co-chairman, Foreign Trade & Investment Committee, PHD Chamber have gave a detailed presentation on Objective of the FTP (EXIM) Policy, Tariff and Foreign trade Policy Reforms and GST Implications, Benefits to service exports and goods exporters in India, Incentive schemes for export of goods and services to SEZ units, MEIS & SEIS benefits, Taxability of MEIS & SEIS Certificates in GST, SAD paid through DEPB, MEIS, SEIS and refund thereof, Drawback under Customs – AIR and Brand Rate under GST, Issues related to Export Promotion Schemes, Issues related Re-export of imported goods & re-import of exported goods, FDI linked and Value Added Exports.
Mr. Sanjay Beswal also took up Open Issues and Questions/Answers from the Industries Representatives and participants.
Mr. Sanjay Beswal from ANDEES CONSULTING, Delhi gave a comprehensive presentation on Regulatory requirements for exports to UK and Europe, including the benefits/incentives under Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 after GST, including the various schemes and procedures.
