Foreign Trade & Investment Committee, PHD Chamber organized an Interactive Session with Additional DGFT CLA and his team on DGFT’s Niryat Bandhu Initiative.

Niryat Bandhu Initiative a part of the FTP 2009-14 , a scheme for International Business Mentoring of young start-up Small and Medium Enterprise(SME) exporters, wherein DGFT officers primarily provided guidance to new exporters/importers who want to conduct business in the area of international business

Mr. Alok B. Shriram, Sr. Vice President, PHD Chamber highlighted the role of government as that of a facilitator in actively engaging in promotional activities in order to help industry and exporters in capacity building, especially the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This was followed by the Technical Session which was moderated by Mr. Sanjay Beswal,Co-Chairman, Foreign trade and Investment Committee, PHD Chamber.

Further,the session was followed by a discussion session where in issues or concerns on policy and procedural matters regarding Central Licensing Area were raised by the participants.
